Short version: we collect only what we need to run the diagnostic and send you your results. We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third parties for marketing. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

What we collect

When you use No More Sorry, we may collect the following:

Your name — so we can address you personally in the diagnostic and in emails.
Your email address — so we can send you your diagnostic results and, if you sign up, our newsletter.
Your country or location — to understand the context of your professional situation.
Voice recordings — when you use the microphone during the free voice diagnostic. These recordings are transcribed and used only to generate your results. We do not store permanent recordings of your voice.
Your job role and situation — the details you provide during the diagnostic, used to personalise your results.

Why we collect it

We use your data for two things:

To deliver the service. Your name, role, and responses are used to generate a personalised diagnostic report and send it to your inbox.
To send you follow-up emails. If you sign up to our newsletter, we will send you practical communication skills by email. You can unsubscribe at any time — every email includes an unsubscribe link.

We do not use your data for advertising. We do not sell it or share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how people find and use this site — things like which pages are visited and how long people spend on them. This data is anonymous and aggregated. We cannot identify you from it.

Google Analytics only runs if you accept cookies when you first visit the site. If you decline, it does not load. You can change your preference at any time by clearing your browser's local storage for this site.

You can also opt out of Google Analytics across all sites using Google's opt-out browser add-on.

Cookies and local storage

We use browser local storage to remember your cookie preference (accepted or declined). We do not use tracking cookies for advertising or profiling.

If Google Analytics is enabled, Google may set its own cookies. You can control these through your browser settings.

How long we keep your data

We keep your email address and name for as long as you are subscribed to our newsletter or have an active relationship with No More Sorry. Diagnostic responses are kept only as long as needed to deliver your results.

Your rights

You can ask us to delete your data at any time. Just send an email to edward@nomoresorry.co and we will remove your information within 7 days.
